so i obviously have not updated my blog in forever. i def do not want to rant on how my life here is now so i am just going to put things up. i have been super lazy about putting stuff up. so here a few loves from just todays internet search
10.13.09 i can feel your smile
so, i had the best weekend i ever had on the east coast and yesterday i had the worst day ever on the east coast. i am in a rut and struggling to get out of it.
Yesterday, i pretty much wanted to........ umm...how can i say this unviolently....rip everyones heads off.......okay okay.... pull really hard at peoples hairs. My patience is thin right now and it is gonna come back and bite me the ass...probably soon. A friend from work facebooked me and asked if i was okay cuz he said that i looked upset.... everyone knows that face i make if i am upset by now... blank stares mean...you are annoying me... stop it! and my boss told me i had a certain someones smile.... meaning.....fake smile..... UGH! hair pulling ensues! Now i have a fake smile. I mean i love to smile and it just comes out naturally...or so i thought...but for some reason...i have lost that natural smile and it has become a forced fake smile that is not genuine. I DO NOT like where this is headed.
friends advice: stay low, don't get involved in the messes, and fake a REAL smile (REAL hard)

so i have obviously been in limbo for a few months... esp because i have not had Internet since i moved into my new apartment. which by the way i love love love..... it is pretty great to come home after a long day at work and be able to just sit and stare aimlessly at the wall and have a little peace. work is chaos and mentally draining. you will have to come and visit my apartment when you are in town. I miss and love you all!!!! I think lately i have become very sappy. I have definitely. i am gonna hopefully be posting more photos up esp since i just got my iPhone working (thank you yousaf!!)
Well...not sure if all of you know but... i have a new boss that started a few weeks ago and my other boss got moved into solely doing just structured wovens. then a week after we were told that ALL the We The Free stores will be closing. Not sure when the stores will be closing...does that mean i am out of a job...well not that i know of.... they told us that We The Free product will be now sold in all free people stores....hopefully meaning more units..... I have been waiting..... waiting for the day that will have more units behind my designs. Since we are going in to be in all the free people stores, they want all boy product to come from we the free, and want more graphics from our team. Our team is a whole 4 people....what does this mean...well i have recently started creating my own artwork, well not really..... transferring images to make a better image. Am i am artist now.... not so much... lets see where my new creative outlook goes. We the Free saga to be continued.
Other happenings.... my best friend in philly...ali wong is moving back to san fran to be with her hubby.... many of you do not know her but ..... she has made my life here in philly bearable...and without her....i am not sure what i am gonna do..... i also have another bff here...jessica....and if i lose her too....i will seriously, lose it!

so i have been trying to upload the video i took of my cousin david making the best mans speech at T-bones wedding... but f***ing file is like 457MB and some... geez!!! so i will post it up as soon as possible... loading to youtube... but f*** taking forever!!

okay i did not realize how short devendra was until now... but who cares.... i think i heart him even more now.... he looks like a dork but it is amazing.....ummmmm i want his pants...random tid bits in my life... i am moving from the house in south philly to cc... yippie!!!! my own place finally... it is small but it is gonna be great.... i am hoping...
oh yeah...i watched the new harry potter movie yesterday... and it was pretty good....i think i am gonna have to start reading the books now..

a few years ago i became obsessed with the fashion illustrator/fashion designer/artist- Julie verhoeven. I mean, every single jpeg image i found online i uploaded, every magazine that had her illustrations, every book... well not every book... i have not found-fat bottomed girls-photos of her exhibitions a few years ago. If you happen to find this book, please let me know. I will leave her artwork speak for themselves. these are just a few of my favs....AMAZING! oh......the day i get to see one of her exhibitions.
